Payment protection planned after beta
Payments are disabled during beta. If the protected flow is enabled later, customer payment and provider payout will be separate steps tied to documented approval.
Payment and payout are separate steps
In the prepared flow, the customer funds an accepted job before work starts. That is separate from the later payout to the provider.
When the customer pays
If payments are enabled after beta, the customer pays after accepting a bid and sees the amount and fees before confirming.
When the provider receives a payout
The provider documents the result with photos and agreed measurements. The prepared flow releases payout after approval or a resolved dispute.
If you disagree
Describe the issue in the job and attach evidence. A dispute can be reviewed by the jury. Statutory consumer rights remain available after a jury decision.
During beta
You can post requests and receive bids. Do not assume payment or payment protection is active unless the site explicitly says that the payment feature has launched.
