Only customer reviews of completed jobs and profiles that opted into public visibility count. At least three different customers and a 4.0 average are required. Highest average first, then most reviews. Combined design-and-print jobs count in both lists. Each list shows up to ten providers.

Support for a clear, reliable project

Clear dimensions, shared expectations and documentation help customers and providers work together. Our FAQ explains how to get help.

01

Basic model check

The model check shows dimensions and can flag open edges. It provides initial guidance, not a guarantee of printability. The provider needs to assess wall thickness, supports and manufacturing before work begins.

02

Agreed dimensions and tolerances

The customer and provider agree on important dimensions and tolerances. Photos of the measurements help them assess the result together.

03

Payments during beta

Payments through PrintBid3D are disabled during beta. You can describe your project and compare quotes, but no payments or payouts take place through the platform.

04

Dispute handling

Manufacturing disputes can be reviewed by a jury using photos, measurements and messages. Design cases are handled by an administrator. Contact support if you need help with the next step.

05

Calibration in PrintBid3D

Jobs with calibration requirements need approved calibration in PrintBid3D. Jobs without that requirement may also be open to providers without approved calibration. Approval relates to the platform’s calibration test, not external certification.
