Pricing
No subscription. When payments are enabled, you pay after accepting a bid; the provider receives the payout after approval of the result.
Beta: payments are disabled. You can post requests and receive bids. The payment flow described below applies only when payments are enabled.
Buyers
Posting a job, mesh analysis and collecting bids are free during beta. No payment or service fee is charged through PrintBid3D. The fees below describe the prepared model for a possible later payment launch.
Printers
Bidding and calibration are free. No payout takes place through PrintBid3D during beta. If payments are enabled later, the buyer is intended to pay the service fee.
Payment protection
Payment protection is not active during beta. If payments are enabled later, the prepared flow holds payment until result approval or a dispute decision.
Tax and receipts
Payments are disabled during beta. The operator is not VAT registered, so the prepared platform-fee examples do not include VAT.
Service fee by order value
Examples are in EUR, the payment currency. Other display currencies are indicative conversions.
- Up to €20: €1.49
- €20 – €50: €2.99
- Over €50: 6% of the order value (min €3.99, max €19)
The fee shrinks with repeat collaborations and direct requests to a printer you trust — never below €0.99.
