Report content or an unsafe product
You do not need an account to contact PrintBid3D about suspected illegal content or an unsafe product. Reports may concern jobs, profiles, portfolios, files and the forum.
Contact for reports and authorities
support@printbid3d.comExplain what you are reporting, why you consider the content illegal or the product unsafe, and where it appears. Include an exact link or job/product identifier. Provide your name and email for follow-up where applicable. Confirm that your information is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge and that the report is made in good faith.
Send only the evidence needed. Avoid identity numbers, passwords, payment details and unnecessary information about others. Support may request clarification.

We assess reports and may request more information. If you provide a contact address, we can acknowledge receipt and follow up on handling. Affected users may receive an explanation of a moderation decision. Contact the same address to request another assessment.
Problem with an order?
Incorrect dimensions, delivery problems, withdrawal and refunds are handled separately from illegal-content reports. Read about consumer rights or contact support with the job identifier.
